Krystal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience focusing on wellness and mental health as a whole body practice. for ages five and up. In my sessions, she focuses on using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a few others in order to help clients improve. She often works with clients to address trauma as well as understand behaviors caused by trauma. Her counseling style is eclectic and she works closely with patients to view them as a whole, not just mental health issues. Many of her clients have said ” I love that you consider my culture and societal issues.” She takes the time to understand that there are also environmental factors that affect our mental health. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her family and create content that inspires people. Her favorite quote is ” Take your time, But don’t waste time” by Chadwick Boseman because time in life is truly precious and why not use it as best as we can?
