Krystal is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience focusing on wellness and mental health as a whole body practice for ages five and up. She focuses on using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and a few others in order to help clients improve. She often works with clients to address trauma as well as understand behaviors caused by trauma. Aislynn is a Licensed Professional Counselor- In Training and currently specializes in treating depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem, ADHD, and trauma primarily in children, teenagers, and young adults. Aislynn is DBT focused and heavily incorporates mindfulness practices into her daily sessions to help her clients feel more grounded and connected to themselves. Aislynn believes that developing awareness of mental health starts young and provides her clients with skills for them to carry forward in their life. Aislynn is not only professional but also personable with her clients as she wants them to feel comfortable.
